AUO Wish Program

AUO Wish Program

Going a Thousand Miles to Make Children's Christmas Dreams Come True

To fulfill the social engagement component of AUO’s sustainable development philosophy, the AUO's charitable clubs and employees launched the “AUO Wish Program” in 2002 to raise Christmas presents and study grants for disadvantaged children in rural regions and social welfare institutions. Children from disadvantaged families can then enjoy a special Christmas as well

Every year, gifts and study grants donated by employees are delivered on Christmas Eve to rural schools and social welfare institutions every year. Regions where dreams have been fulfilled include Taoyuan, Miaoli, Hsinchu, Taichung and Taichung, all in the name of presenting disadvantaged children with heart-warming best wishes towards the end of the year.
