AUO fulfills its corporate social responsibility as an employer by actively reaching out to employees and cultivating a harmonious working environment that is mutually beneficial to the employer and employees. Labor-management meetings are held at regular intervals for labor-management negotiations and to discuss labor issues.
Multiple communication channels to promote recognition
We care for the mind, body and soul of employees by encouraging appropriate recreational and leisure pursuits that bring employees closer together. To encourage employees to identify with the company, various communication channels staffed by dedicated personnel and units have also been established to listen to employee concerns and solve them.
